The Brown Bag Art Club

Art Not Shame invites you to The Brown Bag Art Club!

Guelph, ON - Art Not Shame is excited to pair with Sunday Blooms to bring you the Brown Bag Art Club.

Art Not Shame has created this all ages focus time to invite folks to play, create, socialize, and ease themselves into their afternoon. This is a perfect reset for those that work from home, or want to step away from their office, school or other activities to reconnect with themselves and their creativity. No experience necessary! Just come play!

Sunday Blooms has kindly offered their beautiful back patio as a place of inspiration for folks to bring their lunches (and/or purchase a sweet treat or beverage inside), cozy up and catch the fall vibes. The best part? All supplies are provided, you just show up and enjoy the prompts and ideas provided by Art Not Shame’s wonderful Art Buddies.

“We really just want to offer a bit of time and space for folks to come and create! This is time for yourself, you can journal, doodle or just see what happens when you put some watercolour blobs on paper,” say program creators and Art Buddies Maeve Hind and Alisa McRonald. “We see and feel the value of creativity in our everyday lives and want to spend time with community facilitating this. Also, any funds raised goes directly to Art Not Shame’s new accessible community arts hub that we are currently building! It’s win-win!”
