Creative Calm
In this free, 5-week in-person program for youth 14-16 experiencing stress and anxiety, we will use a variety of art forms and other creative activities to gain confidence to identify and express emotions, build self-esteem, develop coping strategies for managing stress and anxiety, and experience a greater sense of connection and support. Guided by Art Therapist Intern Ryan Spies and Artist-Facilitator Maeve Hind. No art/creative experience needed!
