Facility Rental Request Form 

Welcome!  We’re so glad that you are here.

Here are a few things to note before making a rental request:

• The information captured in this form will help to ensure that we have all of the resources needed to fulfill your rental.

• Once received, staff will contact you within three (3) business days to further discuss your request and next steps.  

• We are a small (but mighty!) team, so it may take up to ten (10) business days to approve your request.  

• Please note that we prioritize use of our space for community-benefit activities that are led by and/or support BIPOC, LGBTQ2I+ individuals, people struggling with mental health and/or addictions, and/or people with visible and invisible disabilities.

Once your rental request is approved:

You will receive an email with your Rental Agreement that is to be completed and submitted. Included in this email will be a link to a Payment Form to process payment.  

Your booking will be confirmed once all agreements, deposits, and payments have been received.
