Circle Together Festival

Circle Together Festival is a new pilot project in Downtown Guelph that celebrates Brazilian methodology, Música do Círculo, vocal improvisation, body percussion & Brazilian music. We aim to stimulate curiosity and grow the reach of these practices in south-western Ontario. It's the 1st of its kind in Canada!

Founder & Artistic Lead Joni NehRita is excited to welcome participants deeper into this world that invites us to think less, feel more while promoting joyful and embodied music-making with others.

Circle Together Festival is a participatory one- it is more about building connection through collaborative experiences, than just a series of performances. There will be an opening/closing circle and workshops throughout the day that explore MdC and the wider umbrella it falls beneath that including, collective vocal improvisation, body percussion & Brazilian folk music. It concludes with an interactive concert given by the artist facilitators.

Circle Together is in partnership with Art Not Shame & Guelph Museums.
